Adult Mental Health First Aid Training

Elevate your understanding of mental health. Register now for our empowering Adult Mental Health First Aid Training, presented by Care Plus NJ, on October 23rd to gain insights, tools, and strategies for better well-being. This daylong event is designed to train adults to assist other adults who may be experiencing a mental health challenge. The training will be held at the Jack Alter Fort Lee Community Center from 9am - 5pm. A light breakfast and lunch will be served. Seats are limited. Click on link in flyer to register.
